Peru: Internship Guide 2016-17The Peru program was established in 2015 with generous support from the Peruvian government's Consejo Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación Tecnológica (CONCYTEC). MIT students now have the opportunity to participate in internships at Peruvian companies, research centers, start-ups, and non-profits. Several organizations have expressed interest in working with MIT students; CONCYTEC will also connect with local organizations to promote the internship program.
CONCYTEC has identified five broad internship priority areas: biological engineering, energy, computer science, materials science and engineering, and social policy and innovation. This list of potential hosts is neither exhaustive nor exclusive to students studying the course numbers indicated, which simply serve as a guide. This page will be updated as MISTI works with CONCYTEC to identify host organizations and hosts and internship opportunities.. Does one organization (or a few!) spark your interest?
